Creme De' Contour Body & Skincare provides products intended for external use on the skin only. These products are not to be consumed or any other use outside of applying to the skin.
Please allow 10 Business Days for Processing. (Excluding Weekends & Holidays)
Please Allow 2-3 Business Days for Shipping.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. However, any custom handmade products, Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Body Oils, Body Balms etc. are only eligible for Exchange or Store Credit within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product.
All products and labels are made by hand therefore, any color variations are considered acceptable.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING A MOISTURE-RESISTANT ICE PACK TO YOUR ORDER.
Subscription Boxes are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
If there is an issue with your box please contact customer service and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Apparel/Lingerie items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

Bath Soaks
Please note the botanicals (flower petals, freeze dried fruit etc.) in the bath soaks do not dissolve in water please ensure you have proper drainage protection in your bath tub to prevent clogging.
Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for any packages which were undeliverable and/or delivered to incorrect location due to incorrect address. We will do everything possible to coordinate with you and the carrier to update and/or reattempt delivery.
There are no refunds for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries. Please double check address information prior to placing your order.
